Plain-language terms of service. The legal document is the same — we just refused to write a 14-page version of it.
You are entering an agreement with Bayria.com, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company based in Dover, Delaware (EIN [EIN]). All disputes resolve under California law and the federal courts of the Northern District of California, unless your jurisdiction’s consumer law provides better protection — in which case that wins.
For the price you paid: the listed tools, on the listed platforms, on as many devices as your plan allows, for the duration of the period. We will keep the lights on, ship security fixes, and tell you in advance if a tool is being removed.
Don't use Bayria to attack other people's networks, distribute illegal material, or attempt to break our authentication. Don't share one account with the entire office — see § 04 on devices.
Device caps: VPN = 5 devices, Bayria ONE = 10 devices. Add-ons follow your plan’s cap.
Full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the paid period — no partial refunds. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. eSIMs: refundable within 30 days of purchase if not installed.
We will suspend an account that we have well-founded reason to believe is engaged in attacks on third parties (CSAM, ransomware infrastructure, repeated DMCA-actionable abuse). You'll get a copy of the evidence on request.
Bayria's liability is capped at the sum you have paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim. We don't warrant fitness for any particular adversary; if your threat model needs more than what we publish, please use Tor.
We notify by email at least 30 days before any non-trivial change. The email sums up what changed. If you don't like the change, refunds run in step (§ 05).
Some features may be unavailable in your country per local regulation — see the per-country availability matrix in your app. When a feature stops being available where you live, it is either closed to new sign-ups, wound down for existing users, or switched off for everyone. Sign-in, billing and support remain available everywhere.
Prices are in US dollars, and you are always charged in USD. Other currencies are not sold yet.
You must be 18 or older to create or use a Bayria account. We don’t offer member or child accounts. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and refund the current period.
Send copyright notices to our designated agent: [Agent name], Legal, Bayria.com, LLC, [street address], Dover, DE [ZIP] · [email protected]. Include the work, where it appears on Bayria (e.g. a Mail attachment or shared link), your contact details, a good-faith statement and your signature. We remove or disable access promptly and notify the user, who may send a counter-notice; if they do, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless you file suit. Accounts with repeated valid notices are terminated.
Yearly plans get an email reminder 30 days and 7 days before they renew, with the price, the renewal date and how to cancel.
